After releasing successful LPs in the past, we´re happy to announce a new MANMADE-Recordings series by the name of "FEATURE FUNK". The first release features some more proper floor-filling funky break beats by well- known beat-mixing- talents like FUNKANOMICS, BASEMENTFREAKS, QUASAMODO and MANMADE.
The FEATURE FUNK SERIES begins with a typical MANMADE styled tune called "SUPERSONIC". Coming with fast Hammond chords in the beginning, followed by a rolling bass line and punched with a short feature form Benin´s (West Africa) upcoming Rap star Penny this track kicks ass!
With "LETS DANCE" explodes another funk bomb from QUASAMODO. This talented producer from Greece gives another masterpiece-definition of the phrase Funky- Breakbeat. Hi did an unbelievable mix with this on-of-a- kind Nightrider- feeling.
BASEMENT FREAKS is another Greek rooted producer, who fires one more funk missile with his track "HOT BEASTIE". After having released plenty of successful tracks on different international labels, we´re happy he found his way on this record. Get your party started with this one!
FUNKANOMICS hit things hard again with their recognisable style, and we´re happy to present them on this record. Their track is a wild and fast mixture of Kravitz - rock - elements combined with classic old-school raps. Their track "KRAVITZBUSTER" makes mincemeat out of clubs!
