Track 5 produced from a field recording made in Minō National Park, Osaka.
Track 9 generated by attaching electrodes to the bank of the Arakawa River.

From the sleevenotes: "This release is the first part of a triptych... Chiky(u)u, Scatter, Decay." Chikyuu is Japanese for Mother Earth. All material used in the sound pieces is gathered from the earth (stones/water etc) or activity resulting from movement in the earth (earthquakes etc).
