The first single on BrewDog records is also the debut release from Texas Joe. The song Put That Jerky In Your Mouth was featured on the Aug 18 2013 episode of the BBC television program The Dragon's Den. Joe Walters, who is Texas Joe, walked into the Den with Sunday Best recording artists Kitty, Daisy & Lewis and sang the song. The Den was dazzled by the Texans slow drawl, rhinestone Nudie suit and Stetson. He went on to receive offers from 4 of the 5 Dragons and ended up with a deal from telecoms giant Peter Jones.

The single features the band Kitty, Daisy & Lewis and they are joined by bluesman Big Joe Louis on lead electric guitar. The track was cut in a two hour session just two days before the song debuted on the Dragons Den program.
