Chilly is a brand new label from UK Asian Underground legend Talvin Singh. To kick things off Talvin is re-releasing his highly sought after debut album "Cyber Cafe Drum and Space". Originally released way back in 1996 on Omni Records, the album has become something of a collectors item with only 2000 copies pressed.
The CD comprises of two tracks "Nonstop Flight to Calcutta" and "Life Support Systems" clocking in at 35 minutes and 11 minutes respectively. The music created in these two tracks represent the birth of a new sound in UK music, which later became known as "Asian Underground" and the rest, as they say, is history. Watch out for Talvin's brand new album coming later this year.
