Following on from last years critically acclaimed " MY OCCUPATION" compilation on Tirk Recordings witch featured the best of Chaz Jankel's club orientated output "I COME ALIVE " is a gorgeous summertime house tune constructed and executed by one of the UK's greatest musical talents."I COME ALIVE" features vocal contributions from Natalia Scott (MC Tali) , also included in this oustanding package is a storming remix on the B-Side from Yam Who? Chaz is still perfoming and gigging regularly with the Blockheads.Also, Chaz is music supervisor and score composer for the forthcoming movie , "Sex and drugs and Rock and Roll" based on the early life of Ian Dury.Chaz's huge list of club hits include , 3,000,000 Synths , Glad To Know You , Get Myself Together and Ai No Corrida (Covered by Quincy Jones among others!) His recent work has been remixed by people such as Hercules and Love Affair and Todd Terje. "I COME ALIVE" Is the 1st single from the forthcoming album scheduled for Autumn 2009 , and Chaz will be doing selected PA's around the UK in support of the single.
