Drive Time

A 27 track electronic album (56m 45s) — released July 3rd 2000 on Waltzer

Originally released as a free cassette that came with Ceephax Acid Crew's debut album "Untitled" this is a sonic scrapbook of Ceephax's early musical ideas that sounds like it was washed up on a beach covered in seaweed. It goes from darkness to humour without blinking an audio eyelid. It is includes some of Ceephax's very first tracks such as "Carialco" and "Do You Want a Fight or Something Mate". The ambient tracks are longer and when Ceephax made "The Coast" it gave his housemate nightmares as it subliminally entered his mind through the wall. "FADS Acid" is based around the seminal furniture warehouse and "Acid Dustman" was reportedly recorded in a bin. And an all round ferric fiesta for your personal travel vehicle and much much more.
