'And Blue Brindle Too' marks a shift towards live instruments, providing a new dimension to Lockah's unique pop driven take on electronic music. Adding guitar (played by Samuel Organ aka Mount Bank) and drums (played by Lockah) to his trademark squirming synth melodies and funk filled basslines that once again touch on rave, electro and R&B, Lockah continues to push his own brand of inventive, fun and innovative music.

Following a series of releases on Mad Decent, Mishka, Activia Benz and Donky Pitch as well as his own Tuff Wax imprint,Lockah released his debut album 'Yahoo Or The Highway' via Donky Pitch in 2014, gaining support from Pitchfork, XLR8R, Dummy & Resident Advisor. He has remixed Hundred Waters, Danny Brown, Jaw Jam and Slugabed, provided guest mixes for Diplo on BBC Radio One and Dummy Mag and played shows across the UK and Europe.
