Whilst many of the names will be familiar (Mike-L, kidkanevil, The Haggis Horns, Testament), we're also very excited about the newcomers to the label, in the shape of Eliphino & Shaheen. As with the first Two Syllables installment, there is true variety to the tracks, from the uptempo afrobeat of Haggis favourite Tribe Vibes to the glitchy downtempo hip hop of Fantastic 7. There are also two new tracks from kidkanevil in the shape of hip-hop groover Problems & Solutions (featuring Homecut's Testament) and the Scruff-style club smash Ill Connoisseur. Testament also appears on First Word boss (& DMC finalist) Andy H's wobbly bass cut Move & Progress - look out for new material from Test in 2008.
