This is the teaser 12" to the full length CD album Motorcitysoul - Back Up Compiled, mixed and saved by Motorcitysoul! On this Compilation Motorcitysoul (aka C-Rock and Matthias Vogt) melt together the latest club mixes on INFRACom! as well as their own mixes and remixes to an gentle and elegant deep house set. Including their yet unreleased remix for the BLAZE classic "How deep is your love". The original version is best known in the Timmy Regisford remix, Motorcitysoul's remix had been produced for Dance Wicked (UK), it has not yet been released though. To cut a long story short: Originally, "The Way I Swing" was a DJ Matt track, recorded before the Motorcitysoul era and released together with a Kabuki remix on INFRACom!. DJ Matt became (DJ) Matthias Vogt thus turning into Motorcitysoul. "The Way I Swing" was turned into a [re:jazz] track for the first album and then remixed by John Tejada. This Tejada remix had only been released as a bonus track on the vinyl version of the [re:jazz] (remix) album. A rare pearl known by few and therefore a must for this sampler.
