ABOUT DEBILOS: Josh Fontan (Beatspoke) and Joan Pedrosa (El Chavo) are the brains behind Debilos. Although clearly rooted in hip hop their music branches out from forgotten Spanish folklore and touches on many different styles creating a fusion that is fresh and hardhitting. Based out of their native city of Barcelona, they have been collaborating with some of the most talented underground artists from all over the world, such as Cyne, Non Genetic, RQM or Modill. ABOUT TURN MY CLOCK This new release is a taste of fresh organic broken beats seasoned with old “bossa-jazzy†samples featuring the talents of Barcelona based Norwegian singer Anqui. The fat drum breaks and powerful string chords along with the vocal arrangements and lyrics create an addictive mix between hip hop and pop.
