Vincent Van Go Go was formed in early 2001 in Aarhus, Denmark after an successful recording session, revealing an undeniable chemistry between the group's members. Shortly after, the group started recording and performing material written by lead singer Johs Nørrelykke, whose compositions still make up the musical foundation of the group.
The message is soul, delivered as an urban expression of love and life. Universal in spirit and globally applicable.
Vincent Van Go Go is slowly but surely making a name for themselves through monthly shows at Aarhus venue Stage (Sexual Fridays) and Copenhagen venue Rust (Mid Week Brakes).
The group keeps itself in a constant state of development through frequent recording sessions, trips abroad (touring in Rio de Janeiro, 2003/2004/2005), and a never ending line of live shows.'
