After a busy year releasing tracks on Paradise Club, Futureboogie (Bruh Jackman EP with Hackman), and Tom Middleton and Joe Muggs' new imprint Sound of The Cosmos, as well as finding time to remix Crystal Fighters and drop a recent belter of a mix for Ninja Tune's Solid Steel show, Jabru then dropped this little gem on us.

Originally penned as tracks for his forthcoming debut LP but then released as a free download EP via Xlr8r and on Jabru's own Bandcamp page at the tail end of last year, we figured it was far too special not to share with the rest of the world as a proper release and so quickly snapped it up.

Picking up support from a range of DJ's including Midland, Roska, Kowton, Komon, and the Wah Wah 45's crew, 'Calling Card Vol.1' is a diverse set of 6 tracks (packaged here with bonus track, the originally vinyl only 'Butterfly Stitched') that shows off the mysterious beatsmiths ever expanding range and technical ability in equal measure, and a depth of detail that offers just as much for those smoky headphone sessions as it does for full frontal sound system assault.
