Bob Henzell is the alter ego of well established UK producer Tim Land, otherwise known as Landslide. Most identified for his genre blending excursions, he has released albums on Hospital & OM. New vocalist on the block, Sabira has worked with Hexstatic (Ninja Tune) and Aaron Jerome (BBE). With a beautiful, sultry & soulful flow, Sabira's has got a special sound, and she's only just begun. The Original mix delivers the song as it was intended - soulful chromatic chords move over a mid range clipped out jackin' bassline, whilst a sub fills out this full frequency mix. Good time soulful keys and synths work their way around the vocal as this tune gets under your skin. The Alternative mix gets a bit deeper and more jackin', with oldskool bleeps and nuskool techy synths all around proper grownup twisted sample par excellence Landslide. The vocal gets taken into the minor key to give you a darker deeper feel which perfectly contrasts the nicey nicey of the original. Coupled with Instrumentals of both mixes that standup on their own this is an essential summer release.
