Sultry Blue is a unique collaboration between the Baltic deep house producers Karalius and Lauris Lee and the Californian singer and lyricist Monica Brooke. Emerging from Lithuania (where it won the first ever Radiocentras Best Dance Act award - a sort of Lithuanian Grammy - for RyRalio DJs), Sultry Blue was the No.1 dance music single of 2006 in local radio charts. The success was quite unsurprising - as the original track had a lazy summer sunshine mood and is deep as the Baltic Sea - the new Mediterranean... And there is a bona fide progressive reinterpretation of the track by Simuck and Kastis Torrau, which has already find the way into the playlist of DEEP DISH.
