My G (Disko Rekah Vocal) [feat. Fudz]

Dubstep and grime collide in a chance collaboration from dubstep pioneer, Loefah and RuffSquad founding member, Fudz.

A freestyle from Fudz, penned on the recommendation of his management to pass the time between upcoming releases caught the attention of a dubstep enthused friend who suggested he try spitting over one of Loefah's beats. The tune was shared within Fudz's musical circle and he was encouraged to take it to Loefah.

With the help of Sir Spyro, J Cush and Faze Miyake, Fudz was able to reach out to Loefah and send him the track. Loefah liked what he heard and the pair met in the studio to develop the recording further.

The track was premiered live at XOYO last month and has made quite an entrance, rapidly gaining heavy support from the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs, Rude Kid, Coki, Madam X and Sir Spyro to name a few.

Pushing the blend of grime and dubstep to fierce new levels, MY G, brings the pairing of these two deep-rooted London genres to a 2016 audience and shows how both scenes are moving side-by-side.
