Tribe Records are excited to present our first 12 of 2010! The release features two hand picked tracks from the Chicago legends new album 'Beyond The Universe', which is due for release in late April. Peven produced the album in the early part of last year and one of the first people to hear it was New York house legend and former Motown head of A&R, Timmy Regisford. After a few listens Timmy was hooked, following a few conversations between the pair Timmy went about creating his own mixes of the tracks.
Timmy has been playing his mixes solidly for the last six months and there's a real hype about this project already in the States. 'Burning Hot' and 'Tonight, Tonight' have been two of the big records at Timmy's residency, Area Code (previously Shelter) in New York and look set to be two of the big records at this year's WMC in Miami this year.
'Beyond The Universe' is without doubt Peven's best material to date and with those extra retouches from Timmy Regisford, the project has a very unique appeal to all Peven Everett fans across the globe.
