Solitary (feat. Ernesto)

Wah Wah 45s

Released: 9th July 2007 | 3 track downtempo single
The man who brought us the ground breaking ‘Drum & Bossa’ for Hospital Records returns to wax with a new outing for Wah Wah 45s taking in house, hip hop and ‘dubstep soul’ flavours. Tim Landslide has been beavering away in the studio, working with a plethora of vocal talent, and has come up with yet another original sound, but with that familiar Landslide twist! Swedish crooner Ernesto provides the vocals on this one, and the mysterious Bob Henzell (who worked wonders with Jose Gonzalez’ ‘Remain’ recently) is enlisted to add a deep, summery dancefloor kick to this glorious piece of soul music. Add to that the wondrous original take (only previously available on the ‘Underground Hits & Exclusive Bits : Two’ CD) and a sparse, futuristic ‘Simple Time’ mix for the hedz, and you’ve got another essential Wah Wah 45s package for the bedroom, the bathroom and the club. Boom!!!
