Golden Glasses

A 5 track leftfield/idm ep (19m 40s) — released December 5th 2011 on Wonderful Ear Records

Full Crate is at the forefront of Dutch progressive electronic music. Red Bull Music have acknowledged his talents having invited him to their Academy. Since the buzz, which started in 2009 with his independent free release of "She was Fly", Full Crate has worked with the likes of Eric Roberson, AB (Black Milk), Ntjam Rosie, Daru Jones, Jesse Boykins III and remixed Chris Turner and Steve Reich.

This year has seen Full Crate has perform at sold out venues from New York to London alongside vocalist and old friend, Mar. The ongoing buzz has fans salivating for new music. And new label Wonderful Ear are very pleased to fulfil this need with their debut release "Golden Glasses", a very limited edition, hand numbered 10inch where Full Crate takes the listeners to the dance floor in his own sophisticated, groovy way.

Golden Glasses reminds us once again that Full Crate is a producer with deep rooted influences and an aptitude for creating sonically gratifying sounds. This project is the perfect display of Crate's growth and his need to continually push the boundaries.
