Following hot on the heels of the his debut single, 'Pretty Little Thing'. 'So Long', recorded at his 7Dials studio, represents the bluesier side of his forthcoming album with a deep groove, bags of soul and Fink's trademark harmonic layers..... Featuring vocal percussionist E Wandan, who provides all the rhythm for the track, 'So Long' combines Fink's lyrics, vocals and stripped back production to scintillating effect. The B-side is Fink's version of Alison Moyet's, 'All Cried Out'. A highlight from his London ICA set in November of last year, Fink was reintroduced to the tune when he heard it in a bar days before a recording session. Fink wanted to bring the song back to life, and created a faithful and reverent take on this 'woman scorned' classic.'
